Your Account
When registering for an Account, a user must provide true, accurate, current, and complete data on the Medyo registration page.
A name, e-mail address, date of birth and phone number must be provided upon registration, as we may communicate with the user via electronic messages, including email, or mobile push notifications.
The user agrees to promptly update the Account Data from the Settings page to keep it truthful.
In case of any unauthorized use of the user’s Account or any other breach of security related to the use of our application, a user must notify us immediately.
Reservation System
- The user browses through our list, clicks on the chosen place and proceeds with the booking.
- The user fills in relevant data in the reservation form, i.e.: date/time, number of guests, preferred seating, and notes.
- Once the user confirms the booking, Medyo sends the notification to the establishment and the customer.
Reservation Conditions
We respectfully ask that customers are ready to be seated at the time of their reservation to ensure the best possible level of service to all of our customers. If a customer is running late, we kindly ask that he/she notifies us through Medyo Support at their earliest convenience. The reserved table will be held for 15 minutes after which time it may be allocated to another customer.
Table Allocation
Due to the large number of requests, unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific areas when taking reservations, but we will do our best to accommodate our customers’ requests.

Cancellation Policy
- The user acknowledges that the place is entitled to modify or cancel a reservation at any time, in which case the user will be notified by email about this change / cancellation.
The place can send an informative message of the cancellation which will be received by the user as well. - The user acknowledges that Medyo has an interest in providing high quality service for all customers and for all places and partners.
For this purpose, the user is required to cancel the reservation no later than 30 minutes prior to the time of reservation. For bookings cancelled with less than 30 minutes notice, and or in case a user does not show up, the user account will be blackmarked.
An account will be suspended if the user is a no-show for three reservations within a 12-month period.
If a user receives a no-show notification email in error, it is important to inform Medyo Support.
We are sorry that cancellation policies have become necessary, but too many “no-shows” result in empty tables we could have reserved for other customers.
Loyalty Programs
Our Loyalty Program entitles users to receive points on every reservation they make, which they can redeem against subsequent purchases.
A user will earn 100 points for every booking he/she makes on Medyo.
Points entitle you to a discount on your total bill, redeemable in the places available on the Medyo application.
Privacy Policy
Medyo team cares about our users’ privacy. Therefore, it is important to state that the user’s personal data will not be provided or made available by any third-party. We may share information related to the reservation itself with our partner in which the user has made the reservation (name, date, time, previous reservations, phone number).
As for Medyo, the user agrees to provide us with his personal data freely and voluntarily. The details will be stored in our database for notifications, marketing and advertising purposes related to the user’s bookings and loyalty program.

Your Account
When becoming a member, the establishment must provide true, accurate, current, and complete data.
Upon membership agreement, the establishment is provided with a password from MedyoWay. This password can be reset upon direct request from the establishment.
In case of any unauthorized use of the user’s Account or any other breach of security related to the use of our application, a user must notify us immediately.
Reservation System
- The user browses through its reservation list, clicks on the chosen booking and proceeds with the status updates.
- For new reservations, the user fills in relevant data in the reservation form, i.e.: requester name, phone number, date/time, number of guests, preferred seating, and notes.
- Once the user confirms the booking by clicking “Book”, the reservation system sends the notification to establishment and the customer.
At the moment of clicking on “Book”, these General Terms and Conditions of use of this reservation system will become mandatory for the user.
Grants
Medyo grants the establishment a limited agreed upon subscription to access and use the app to manage guest requests at the Venue(s) during the applicable Term. The subscription includes any changes and updates to the Platform made available to the subscriber at no additional cost. Updates are applied automatically to the Platform.
Services
Setup: MedyoWay will configure the application for each establishment. It includes account setup, provisioning, and activation on Medyo Agent app.
Training: MedyoWay provides live training on the Medyo Agent app as part of the implementation.
Free trial: MedyoWay provides its partners with a 1-month free trial period to test and use the Medyo Agent app.
Support: As part of the subscription, MedyoWay will make reasonable efforts to promptly resolve issues with the Medyo Agent app reported through the “Support” of the application or by email to [email protected]
Confidentiality
Any confidential or proprietary information of either party, disclosed to the recipient party by the disclosing party in connection with this Agreement will be treated by the recipient party as confidential and proprietary.
Whether of a technical, business, or other nature, including information relating to customers, business plans, promotional and marketing activities, finances, and other business affairs.
Termination
The Agreement will become effective at the start of the subscription term and will continue until the end of the term indicated on the Contractual Agreement (which will be signed by both parties). Thereafter, the term will automatically be renewed for successive 12-month periods, unless either party notifies the other in writing of its intent not to renew at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the then-current term.
Either party may terminate this Agreement for reasonable judgement in case of material breach that would create harm of the other party’s services, reputation, or customers.
Upon expiration or termination of the Agreement, a subscriber’s access to the Medyo Agent app will terminate and the subscriber will stop using it. Unless the Subscriber terminates this Agreement for Medyo’s material breach, no prepaid fees will be refunded, and the Subscriber will remain responsible for all payments for the then-current Term.
Privacy Policy
MedyoWay retains all right, title and interest in the Medyo Agent app performance and usage Information including response times, load averages, usage statistics, and activity logs.
